Weekend at Bobby's Review

Alright. I think that this episode was damn near amazing. Not only was it directed by our gorgeous Jensen Ackles but the acting done (like always) was amazing. I loved how we got into Bobby’s life more, and I hope we get a little more of that in the episodes to come. It was just amazing. Enough said. Jim Beaver (who you all should follow on twitter @jumblejim ) did an amazing performance. I was just amazed at how good of a job Jensen did directing, and I think that he’s just as good on camera as behind it. This episode had amazing shots, and was set up beautifully. Won’t give up too much details.. so i’ll leave it at that. :) Cannot wait until Vamp Dean next episode. :)

Weekend at Bobby's

It's finally here!
Tonight we have Bobby in a quite a pickle. Crowley really has no intention of giving his soul back. Bobby calls the boys up to help him try to get his soul back and found out something deep and dark about Crowley, and the boys finally figure out how much of a asset Bobby really is to them.

Enough of the summary, the real reason we are all excited is because this is Jensen's directorial debut! We are really looking forward to seeing how Jensen takes at being in front of and behind the camera! And sources say that Jensen's Dad even lends his voice to this episode! Definitely looking forward to tonight. :)

The Third Man

Cas is back! This Friday's episode is definitely gonna be exciting. I know, I know. They all are. lol. But it's been lonely without Cas, and I definitely want to know what he's been up to since the finale. **SPOILER ALERT** (just in case)

** Especially after put Dean and Bobby back to normal**

The official summary, thanks to IMDB, says that Sam and Dean call on Cas to help them out with this job involving a lot of police officers who have been dying mysteriously by the same the Plauges of Egypt. If you don't know them. There are 10.
1) Plague of Blood
2) Plague of Frogs
3) Plague of Lice
4) Plague of Flies
5) Plague of Livestock Death
6) Plague of Boils
7) Plague of Hail
8) Plague of Locusts
9) Plague of Darkness
10) Death of the Firstborns

Cas being Cas... finds out that the Staff of Moses has been used to kill these police officers, and that all of God's weapons have been stolen, so they go try to hunt down the thief, and apparently an "old enemy" comes back.
Any thoughts who it might be?

Can't wait until this episode!
And also remember. Supernatural Magazine Issue 20 is released October 13th.

Reunited, And It Feels Soo Good....

With only a few more hours before the season 6 premiere, and after 8 hours of TNT's marathon, how could I not be excited?! I'm definitely lookin' forward to seeing the boys again. No spoilers from me, if you've already looked into it, you know what's expected. But come on, we all know about the fact Dean has had the apple pie life... Well, who knows how happy-go-lucky-apple-pie it has really been but...

Anyway, the season six season opener called "Exile on Main Street" Sammy's released from Hell, and goes back to find Dean and get him back to hunting, with a special appearance from Grandpa Winchester. It's definitely gonna be a good one, but then again, when is it not a good one?

We'll be back after the show with a few little extra comments, I'm sure of it. :) Until then, enjoy seein' our boys again. And we look forward to season six.

(By the way, i think Lisa is and will always be amazing. ;) )

You wanna know a little more in depth, what i've heard on the grapevine... Look under the cut for the talk on the spoilerverse. (yeah, I've just coined that term. Bitches.)

Comic Con Interviews

Jensen: (Get's sad when they tell him he needs to go... lol.)

Jared: (This boy is way too awkward and happy with his new Bling. Silly Newlywed.)

And Silly Misha: Being Snarky.... Yes Snarky is a word. Or more just plain sarcastic?

News from the Krip

Something to read when you have the time, Michael Ausiello of EntertainmentWeekly.com, The Ausiello Files, talked with the "Boss" on why he decided to let others take the reign on the future of the show. We also get insight on what we should expect for the sixth season and seems like the show will go back to it's roots and stick with the goulish and monster tales of back in the day. Which makes me happy. No worries though, Sera Gamble is the main chieftain now, we're in good hands, and The KirpKeeper is still gonna write a few episodes as well as keep his "grimmy hands" on the show's storyline as well as direct an episode. Either way, the show's gonna be in a good spot, and looking forward to what a new fresh outlook on the story of Sam and Dean have in store for us in the next season. :)

The first wait is over. The next (even longer) wait is about to begin.

In light of finding out that Supernatural has officially been moved to Fridays just a little more than a month ago, it began the usually long wait of finding out two things. One: when is [insert season here] coming out on DVD? (Which in case you haven’t read our previous post is September 7) And two: When does next season start? Well we can finally give you that answer! Mark your calendars for Friday, September 24, 2010 at 9pm! So mark your calendars, put it in your phones, put it on a post-it on your fridge; however you choose to help remind yourself, but put it somewhere and spread the word! All you have to do then is sit tight, which tends to be easier said than done when it comes to this show.

Oh, and I can’t promise anything, but check in a week or so here, and may have not only our own countdown clock, but may have ones to put on your own pages. : ]

(Thanks to Ausiello over Entertainment Weekly for this nice little tidbit!)

Summer Update

A little update on what I've been hearing on the twitterverse lately.

Supernatural goes Anime.

In Japan of course. Yep, Supernatural is going to be a full Anime series. Made by Madhouse Studios, the series will include some new material, new monsters to kill, and a little bit of prequel stuff explaining the boys life before what we know. The series is set for January 12, 2011 with the box sets being sent out February and April, in two parts. The voices will be dubbed by the boys who usually do Jared and Jensen's dubbing. I'll post any other info as soon as if figure out whether I like this idea or not.

The Krip Keeper gets thanked.

As die hard fans that we are... Our Fandom buddies around the globe have put their money together to post a full page ad into The Hollywood Reporter. The "ad" thanks Kripke for all that he's done. For creating the show we all adore, and other cute little things. lol. Got to admit after reading tweet after tweet since before the Season Five Finale... I didn't think they'd be able to do it. Guess I underestimated my fellow fans. The issue is out on news stands if you'd so like to go purchase it. Follow Link: The Winchester FamilyBusiness. com: Thank You to Kripke

Jensen Ackles to direct Episode 3 of Season 6.

Yep we all know how much Jensen is interested on what goes on behind the camera. Since the first season we've heard from him how much he'd like to direct an episode and he's getting his wish here very soon. Mr. Ackles will be directing the third episode scheduled to be filmed in two weeks. No real info on it of course but I'm happy and excited to see Jensen work his directors muscles... Need less to say, that is gonna be one hot hot director.

Also, word on the street... from my fellow tweeters... Jensen has mentioned at RisingCon, in Barcelona this week, that he sure bet's that there will end up being a season 7. Hey. I'm perfectly fine with that Director Ackles. :)

(Fellow twitter'ers.... search hashmark #risingcon for pictures of the kids in Barcelona. Jared's hair is too long, and Jensen is toting a full on grizzly beard. Sighs. What has marriage done to these boys?) :)

Freaky Fridays

This morning I woke up to the sounds of disgruntled fans. The CW, home to our beloved show, has announced their Fall 2010 Line up. Supernatural has been moved to Friday nights at 9PM, to be paired up once again with Smallville (who is on their final 10th season). Hey, least i'll be able to see the last 5 minutes of sexy Tom Welling instead of shitty, pale vampires.

Yes. I know, I know. It sucks. It's the "time-slot where shows go to die", what the Hell are the execs thinking, Thursdays are Supernaturals flagship day of the week. We were all dreading the show to go on hiatus until mid-season and at least that's not on the radar anymore. It has a time slot and we should all be happy with that.

Supernatural was never supposed to have a 6th season in the eyes of its creator anyway. It's under contract that all shows are supposed to have 6 seasons unless canceled. The way I see it is that either way on Monday... Sunday... Friday I'm never gonna miss an episode. It's better having a 6th season on Friday night then no season at all. Although, I was pissed, cus it's not the same, I came to the realization that the only thing that makes me happy is watching my show no matter when it comes on. I'm grateful we even have a 6th season.

Hopefully they'll hear all the cries of Uberfans like me but if they don't, I'm okay with my Freaky Friday... or... as people in my circle have been calling it, Shaggy-Hair-Fridays. (Because of Tom Welling's shaggy hair and Jared's shaggy hair.. get it! haha.)

Stay tuned, you never know what might change. And get your photoshop's ready cus I want some friday night icons.

End Of Days

Photo. Web. 18 May. 2010

Issue 17 is out today! Make sure you pick this one up. This months issue is a 100 page special including interview with Jared and Jensen about the trip so far, Cast interviews with Ash (Chad Lindberg), Anna (Julie McNiven), Younger Mary Winchester (Amy Gumemick), and the yummy Younger John Winchester (Matt Cohen). The Myths and Legends section is all about Zombies! and they have a look back at Dean's trip back in time in season 4. All along with all the goodies this magazine usually holds... i personally like the very back where people write in to Sam and Dean to answer their questions... always funny! :)

... And He Sings Too!

With the show over for the summer, nothing to do for a few months, guess we here will just keep you entertained with as much supernatural related info we can get our hands on. Other than newlywed Jensen going to NYC for Upfront... not too exciting, we'll send you a video i found on supernatural411.com of our gorgeous boy.

As we know, Jensen has a good amount of musical friends Christian Kane being one of them (check out Leverage on TNT, and his music at christiankane.com), seems like if you're from Texas you automatically know how to play the guitar and sing. So not only does the guy have looks that can kill, is an amazing actor, has a down home humble personality... he can also belt out some great music.

Enjoy the video!

The Market Sucks. :D

It's official! Both of our boys are off the market as of last night. Jared tied the knot with Genevieve Cortese in February, (Does it bother you as much as it does me? It's RUBY! JK. :D ) And Last night Mr. Ackles himself married longtime girlfriend Danneel Harris, the day of the Preakness Stakes... his bachelor party was at a golf course, after they got engaged they went to the Breeder's Cup? See the trend?

Hey, We all know were more involved with the characters than the actors who play them. I'm sure we all secretly think that Jensen and Jared really do own an impala and kill things, but lets face it they're separate entities. Dean is not Jensen and Jared is not Sam. Or are they?! *shifty eyes* Maybe i need to have that little chat with my mommy about reality versus fantasy... LOL.

But point is, We all here wish the two happy couples lots of luck and tons of happiness and hope that their down home personalities is enough to not let Hollywood take it's toll! Cus we all know new couples in Hollywood have shitty track records.. Sorry I had to say it.

....And think about it this way... Dean Winchester.... Will never get married and register at Williams-Sonoma.
Sam, yes. Dean. No.

The Season Finale: Swan Song

If you haven't watched it, then don't click it... Obviously. :D
**oh and if it bothers you I say shit and bitches, so beware... oops. i just said them in the warning didn't I? :D

Even though, what i'd really enjoy doing is to sit here and bitch and moan, get teary eyed, wonder what's gonna happen in the final season, and then cry again and again and again, and one more time that it's ending next year... But, i'm not going to. At least not admit to it. :P

The season finale was way better than I expected. And you gotta admit, after 5 consecutive years of watching this show, you cannot tell me you haven't grown attached to the characters in it. There are times when we relate to them... find a little bit of yourself in these crazy boys, and it pulls your heart strings to see them go through Hell, literally.  We are die hard fans aren't we... Can't say there will ever be a show that has quite taken over my life, SERIOUSLY. From the pictures plastered on my wall, the ring I wear, the probably... hundreds of dollars spent on that damn magazine and all those seasons, I'm gonna say... however it ends... it was damn well worth it. Though this post seems like something I should have saved for  May 2011 Season 6... I can't help but spew out a endless whiny jumble of .. quite shitty wisdom. :D

Bring season 6 on, bitches.

Swan Song

Season 5 Finale

 pic courtesy of: www.supernatural411.net

We have decided, after 30 minutes of looking over twitter posts tagging the final episode, that it is never a good idea to read what people are saying before a crucial season finale. So much questions and we haven't even watched it yet.

How it sounds *SPOILER ALERT* baaaad things are gonna happen. We don't know what but something!

Anyway, we would normally tell you the gist of this weeks episode but they really didn't give us much to work with. Characters make "heart-breaking" decisions... someone dies... lives will be changed... and Kripke and his gang is definitely not gonna give us remotely any kind of closure what so ever.

To say the least, this episode will probably leave us hanging just like every single one since season 2. Don't we all wish that they'd just bring back the scene with the boys closing the trunk door of the impala. *sigh*

The simple days are gone, with only 10 minutes until the Season 5 finale, we're gonna just go and .... go.

Two Minutes to Midnight

Ignoring the reference to Iron Maiden (which is awesome! :P), I'm definitely not looking forward at all to the last two episodes. Since when to season finales have to end on a scary, tension high mark? I want to know who came up with that idea and yell at them. Yes, I guess it does make you want to watch the season premier in the fall, but for those of us who are dedicated Supernatural fan's it almost throws us into a tension induced heart attack. The questions that go through your head before and after the episode is enough to make Jung and Freud have a field day...

Enough psycho babble. This week's intense episode includes wrapping up Bobby's "talk" with Crowley, Crowley giving Death's locale away, and Sammy and Dean getting themselves in big major issues with a deadly virus thanks to Pestilence... Which of course Cas helps out with. We don't want the boys to die from a nasty virus now do we? No. But, according to the summary to IMDB... Dean and Death have a pow wow to discuss Lucifer and there is a major deal that goes down that could be VERY bad for De'...

Now we don't want Dean to die now do we? No.
Tensions are high... and let's hope that our boys make it out well. :S

Here's the clip, i'm sure you've all seen it... (the song is amazing... i need to know what it's called.) Also, you wanna see a funny sneak peek of tonight, here's the link...

The Devil You Know

Getting close to the end of the season! With only a few more episodes left we're gearing up for quite a finale! It's definitely going to be a nail bitter... like always.

This weeks episode we catch the boys with Pestilence on their tail after trying to get his handler, Brady (Eric Johnson) to give them his location, Pestilence played by Matt Frewer, gets pissed. Once again, someone "helps" the boys out, and even though Crowley is pretty awesome, he kinda freaks me out. In this case, Crowley tells the boys that he can totally help them out get the final 2 rings that they need in order to trap Lucifer in his little cage.

With 3 episodes left we are all probably walking around thinking if it's possible that the boys are gonna make it out alive and well... And i mean all the boys... Bobby and Castiel included.

Have fun tonight, and remember your heart attack warning signs!!
Here's the clip.

And! Look up the webclips with Crowley... Still freaks me out but in a good way. :)

Hammer of the Gods

Locked in a hotel? Kidnapped by Gods? Boys being used as "bait" to stop the apocalypse? Yeah, this weeks Supernatural sounds INSANE. But, you got to admit the name of the episode is pretty awesome. Don't you feel like you're gonna end up hearing a lot of Iron Maiden, or some heavy , face melting metal? Lol. We also get to see The Trickster! (which is NEVER a good sign as we all know, but he is amazing.) And probably some nice brotherly bonding and humor. Finally! We're back to the boys playing well together... Though, Don't we all wish it was in better circumstances. Ya know... the Apocalypse and all is still probably pretty draining to their relationship. Dontcha think? :D

Here's the clip courtesy of CW Televison, and go to Imdb.com to see the stills for this episode, the boys look good... As Always.

100th Episode!

Point Of No Return

Happy 100th Episode Boys!

Yep, if you've been following these last FIVE seasons... you've watched 100 episodes. Crazy to think that way... lol. For this milestone episode, Dean decides he's going to take matters into his own hands, and the angels are gonna toss him to the curb and come up with their own plan... without Dean. This episode will surely be jam packed with teary moments, moments we'll be on the edge of our seat, a real turning point episode. We also get to see Cas get a little angry... Okay, "a little angry" is an understatement. And, we also get a visit from an "old friend"... I really have no clue who it will be... but I'm sure it will cause some crazy drama. There really isn't much else to say, guess I'm still shell shocked about watching 100 episodes of a show. Lol. So enjoy! And in the words of the great Jensen Ackles... "Let's do 100 more!"

Here's a few links to clips that you might wanna see, provided to you by SciFiCool.com (a pretty awesome site if you ask me.)  As well as a link to the CW's page for an inside look at the Supernatural 100th Episode party :D
Enter at your own risk if you don't wanna know clips of this episode. :P

Sympathy For The Devil

Supernatural Magazine Cover. Digital image. Titanmagazines.com. Web. 7 Apr. 2010. .

Issue #16 of Supernatural Magazine is out! This issue gets a nice little look at the Anti-Christ we all love and adore. The perfectly perfect Jared Padalecki talks about the last few seasons, and how the show has treated him so far. I've also heard... that he's dishing the dirt on how it was like to film those SUPER hot love scenes. Sigh.... Anyway, we also get a article on the Harvelle girls, the most likely bittersweet interview will be something that I'm sure will be a good insight on how much anyone who is cast in this show falls in love with it and always dread having to leave. We will also get a tidbit on writer Jeremy Carver, his inspirations when writing, and all the other good things that come with this magazine...

Dark Side Of The Moon

Dryden, Samantha. Pink Floyd: Dark Side Of The Moon Album Art. Digital image.Scrapetv.com. 22 Oct. 2009. Web. 1 Apr. 2010. .

Okay. I know, that was lame. But I couldn't resist. You can't type "Dark Side Of The Moon" without putting that picture up, or going and blaring some Pink Floyd in ITunes... you have to, it's some odd unwritten rule :P

Anyway, This weeks Supernatural we get some more angel action. We meet Joshua (Roger Aaron Brown), the angel who directly speaks to God, the boys get shot by two masked hunters, and get sent to Heaven. Never thought that they'd end up there, or that Heaven is a lonely open highway (hmm, that sounds like it's straight outta some 80's rock ballad).  It should be interesting to watch, since they're in Heaven, word is that they're gonna run into some very missed old friends... and... well... you'll see. Don't want to ruin it. :)

Here's the clip.

Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid

Zombie's finally! This week's episode the boys go investigate Bobby's old hometown who's dead are rising from the grave, quite literally. Of these zombies who are just happy to be alive and kickin' again, is Bobby's dead wife (Carrie Anne Flemming). We can already see where this is gonna go. It's always nice to see Bobby, but it's always in the worst of circumstances...

Like we all know, every episode has a witty name, Duh. Last episode, My Bloody Valentine... April 1st episode is Dark Side of the Moon... (we all know and love Pink Floyd) ... you get the picture... this weeks i noticed is named after this Steve Martin flick. Made in 1982 directed by Carl Reiner, it's basically a parody of all the old Film Noir movies of back in the day, and Martin is f-ing hilarious in it... If you've never watched it I consider you go out and get that done.

Here's the YouTube clip of the boys trying to take care of a Zombie....
(...Of course it doesn't go according to plan. When does it ever?)

Enjoy! Cus' it's hilarious!

There's An End In Sight!

As hiatus comes to it's end in less than a week, and finally lets us watch the show uninterrupted by breaks for the rest of the season (yay!!) I figured we all could use a little bit of fun. No, its no new update on whats happening with the show to feed your curious selves, but a nice little collection of 'how much do you know?' and 'who are you more like?' quizzes. Because, come on, when aren't those fun to waste a little time and do??

Go nuts! :)

How well do you know Supernatural?

How much do you know about Supernatural?

Do You Know Supernatural?

A nice little slew of them for you to choose from :)

Supernatural and the Boys, how much do you really know?

What creature are you? (because it's always a fun thing to know)

Who are you??

And last but not least, How much do you know about supernatural? (no this isn't the same as the other one :])

And I feel somewhat compelled to say this (even though I'm guessing ya'll are smart people) they don't look like any shady sites but don't go do the whole personal info/things you dont wanna do and then come back and point fingers here. Not cool. But on that note, go have fun! ^_^

It's Been a Long Time Coming!

Photograph. Supernatural.tv. Web. 24 Feb. 2010. .

Yes, I realize this is just slightly (okay, a lot) after the fact, but who woulda thought that we’d ever get to see a Supernatural marathon? And I’m not just talking about 2 episodes back to back either. I’m talking about 10 hours of ‘the best’ across the seasons, even pulling stuff from season five in itself is weird where shows like Gilmore weren’t showing season seven till long after it ended, but that’s one tangent I’ll save you from. : ) After mostly sticking with funny episodes like “Bad Day at Black Rock”, “Monster at the End of This Book”, “Tall Tales” and “Yellow Fever” and then throwing in “After School Special” toward the end, conveniently at 3, for it to truly fit its name, (and honestly, who can not like the boys as kids?? Their just too dang cute!) gotta say this was a really nice combination. A handful of them were ones you don’t think about right away, and the rest were ones you can’t just help but love (even if there were some serious lack of anything Ghostfacers). I've seen complaints that they should have had more memorable ones, but think this was a good combo to put on for people who may have never seen any before. It gave them a nice little hook to make them interested about it. Might just have to go and get my old seasons out and watch some I haven't seen in a while and the funny of how much younger everyone looked. : P

Supernatural Magazine 100 page Special Issue #14 has been out for a few days, if you haven't picked it up already, or never bothered to read it its amazing. This edition includes some awesome shots of sets, a great little few pages about Cas and Mark Pellegrino "Lucifer", as well as the Supernatural Awards 2009, along with the usual funny "Guy Talk" Section in the back where the boys offer advice with peoples supernatural issues.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Cupid (or the Greek version Eros) in Roman Mythology is the god of love and beauty! Weird little things running around and making people fall in love with just about anything. Cherubs apparently guard Eden and are at the top of the pack in angel hierarchy. Yep. Although the one in "My Bloody Valentine" would have let anyone in because he's just too happy and loves everyone. :P

BuddyTV's: The 14 Greatest Loves of Dean Winchester's Life

Just in time for Valentine's Day, BuddyTV's John Kubicek, puts together the 14 greatest loves of Dean's life... which are completely true. Now if we can just find a guy out there that looks like him and has some of his qualities for V-Day I'll be happy. What more can a girl ask for? All I want is a broodingly handsome guy with a nice car, some killer tunes, and who knows his way with an arsenal of guns, loves greasy food... yep that's my kinda guy.

I wonder what Sam's Greatest loves would be?

My Bloody Valentine

"Will Kill For Love"

Can you imagine that? This weeks Supernatural finds Dean and Sam and trusty Cas trying to hunt down Cupid to try to fix the problem of everyone killing themselves for love, though like always there is a twist to this... there is always a twist. It seems we will be introduced to Famine in this episode. Wonder what this is all gonna be about.
Looks like its going to be another funny one, they never let me down. :)
